Who We Serve
We work in five verticals where the problem is specific enough that general-purpose providers underperform — and we decline requirements outside them, because the alternative is learning on your engagement.
Why the entry point matters
Each of these has a regulatory obligation, an always-on requirement, or a screening problem that general providers handle badly. Each also has a natural place to start, and starting in the wrong one is the most common reason a good engagement never happens.
The five
| The pressing problem | Where we usually start | |
|---|---|---|
| Hotels | Kari's Law liability across a portfolio, managed property by property | E911 Compliance, scoped at corporate level |
| MSPs | Client demand exceeding internal engineering bandwidth | Recruitment — overflow capacity |
| Transit agencies | Mission-critical infrastructure carrying public-safety obligations | E911 or Recruitment, by binding constraint |
| Staffing agencies | Specialist roles your recruiters cannot technically screen | Recruitment, on a sub-contractor basis |
| Healthcare | Clinical uptime and compliance stakes on ageing infrastructure | E911, Recruitment or architecture advisory |

Common questions
Sometimes — particularly for E911, since the obligation attaches to any multi-line telephone system regardless of industry. If your requirement sits outside where we have genuine depth, we will say so.
Because the wrong starting point kills engagements the right one would have opened. An MSP does not want to hear about NOC on a first call; a hotel group does not want to hear about recruitment.
No. We publish an anonymized delivery record instead.
Yes. It is where the conversation usually starts, not a restriction on what you can buy.
