Founder's Message

I spent more than a decade in enterprise networking and architecture with major U.S. federal organizations, healthcare organizations, and MSPs as a Director of Enterprise Architecture & Compliance and Solution Architect. I hired engineers, bought services, designed networks, and signed off on architecture frameworks.

Two things stood out more than anything in my experience, and that is why Lumensoft Networks exists.

The first was hiring. I would give a staffing firm my requirements for an engineer and receive resumes that matched on keywords. Then I would sit in the technical interviews and discover that candidates were either underqualified for the position or had never worked in a comparable network environment. The result was that my own senior engineers were doing the technical screening I expected the staffing firm to have already done.

The second was professional and managed services. When I brought in MSPs and vendors, recommendations often centered on the platforms they resold or the legacy environments around which they had built their technical expertise. After evaluating hundreds of proposals, I saw that the proposed solution was sometimes larger than the problem required, while the resulting engagement could create additional complexity, cost, and vendor dependency.

I founded Lumensoft Networks in 2024 to address both gaps from the buyer’s side.

On recruitment, that means a practicing Solution Architect evaluates the engineer before a client ever sees the candidate. Our technical team reviews each candidate’s experience and verifies credentials so we can stand behind every submission we make.

On professional and managed services, it means starting with the business objective and technical problem first, then determining the right solution — without allowing a particular platform, vendor, or service contract to dictate the answer.

That is the standard on which Lumensoft Networks operates.
