Lumensoft Networks CORP ("Lumensoft Networks," "we," "us") is a US-based network engineering company providing recruitment and staffing, professional and managed services, and consultancy, based in Spokane, Washington. This policy explains what we collect through lumensoftnetworks.com, how we use it, and how to reach us. We do not sell your information. We do use analytics and advertising technologies that set cookies and share site activity with the providers behind them, including for advertising measurement and audience building — described under Cookies and similar technologies below.
When you visit this site we automatically receive pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our recruitment and service advertising is working — including which pages were viewed and whether an application or enquiry was submitted.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and browser storage. A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise the browser on a later visit. We use them in three categories:
You can block or delete any of these through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies without affecting the site. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not restrict access to anything here — none of this site is gated, and nothing behind a cookie is required to read it, book a call, or apply for a role. Your device may also offer a global privacy or tracking preference, and many browsers send that signal automatically.

Calls to our sales line are recorded, and an automated assistant answers before any person does. We use recordings to confirm what was agreed — including consent to text you, where you gave it — and to improve how the line handles calls. They are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.
If you would rather not be recorded, email us at connect@lumensoftnetworks.com or book a time through the site instead, and we will deal with you in writing.
AWS for hosting, email delivery and storage; our analytics provider, for traffic measurement; and our advertising providers, which receive site-activity data through the technologies described above. Each processes data under its own commitments. We may disclose information where required by law.
If you are a candidate. Recruitment and staffing is one of our service lines, so placing you means putting your details in front of an employer. Where you apply for a role or ask us to represent you, we share your name, contact details, resume and the written technical assessment from the Solution Architect who interviewed you with the employer considering you for that role, and with the staffing agency that engaged us where the role came to us through one. We share it for that role, and for no other purpose. You can ask us at any point which employers have received your details, tell us not to send them to a particular employer, or ask us to stop representing you altogether — email connect@lumensoftnetworks.com.
We do not sell your information, and other than what this section describes, we share nothing.
We send text messages only to people who ask for one on a call. There is no signup form for text messaging anywhere on this website.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How to stop — reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. You can also ask us to stop on any call.
Retention — we keep the mobile number and the record of your consent, including the call recording that evidences it, for 24 months, then delete them. If you opt out before that, we delete the number at the point of opt-out. The one thing we keep indefinitely is a suppression list — a record that your number has opted out — because that is the only way to guarantee we never text you again. It is used for nothing else.
