Lumensoft Networks CORP ("Lumensoft Networks," "we," "us") is a US-based network engineering company providing recruitment and staffing, professional and managed services, and consultancy, based in Spokane, Washington. This policy explains what we collect through lumensoftnetworks.com, how we use it, and how to reach us. We do not sell your information. We do use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel described below, which shares site activity with Meta for advertising measurement and audience building.
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*), which you can block or delete through your browser.
We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the performance of our recruitment and service advertising — which pages were viewed and whether an application or enquiry was submitted. It sets cookies (typically _fbp) and shares that activity with Meta, which may use it for advertising and audience building. This is advertising and retargeting technology, and you can block or delete these cookies through your browser or your Meta ad preferences.
AWS for hosting, email delivery and storage; Google Analytics for traffic measurement; and Meta, which receives site-activity data through the advertising pixel described above. Each processes data under its own commitments. We may disclose information where required by law. Beyond that, we share nothing.
We send text messages only to people who ask for one on a call. There is no signup form for text messaging anywhere on this website.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How to stop — reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. You can also ask us to stop on any call.
Retention — we keep the mobile number and the record of your consent, including the call recording that evidences it, for 24 months, then delete them. If you opt out before that, we delete the number at the point of opt-out. The one thing we keep indefinitely is a suppression list — a record that your number has opted out — because that is the only way to guarantee we never text you again. It is used for nothing else.
