Overview

Lumensoft Networks CORP ("Lumensoft Networks," "we," "us") provides network engineering recruitment, professional services, and consultancy, based in Spokane, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect through lumensoftnetworks.com, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information you provide

• Discovery form(homepage and /pricing/) — name, company email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and any message you include.
• Newsletter and job-alert signups— your email address, and, for the marketing newsletter, how often you'd like to hear from us.
• Job applications (/careers/) — name, email, phone number, your resume (PDF or DOCX), and any answers to role-specific screening questions.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. Google Analytics sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to do this; you can block or delete them through your browser settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data. We don't currently use any advertising or retargeting cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to Discovery form inquiries and follow up about the service you asked about
• To process job applications and communicate with candidates
• To send newsletter or job-alert emails to those who signed up for them
• To understand site traffic and improve the site

How your information is stored

• Discovery form and job application submissions are sent by email to our team and are not stored in a separate database.
• Newsletter and job-alert signups are stored in a private, encrypted cloud storage bucket that is not publicly accessible.
• All of our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the site is served entirely over HTTPS.

Who we share your information with

We use AWS to host the site, deliver email, and store newsletter signups, and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law. Beyond that, we don't share your information with anyone.

Your choices

Every newsletter or job-alert confirmation email tells you how to opt out — reply to any email from us and we'll remove you from the list. This is a manual process today, so please allow a few business days. To ask what information we have about you, or to request it be deleted, email connect@lumensoftnetworks.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
